Our turn around time for DIGITAL DIY PRINTABLE items is typically 24-48 business hours from payment clearing. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, excluding holidays. A link to INSTANT DOWNLOAD items will be sent automatically by Etsy to your Etsy registered email address immediately upon payment clearing (typically minutes unless paying by e-check which can take up to 5 days to clear). All non instant download digital items will be emailed to your Etsy registered email address unless otherwise specified. Remember to check your junk mail before contacting us, sometimes our emails end up there.

JPG files are best if you plan to print at a photo printing shop (CVS, Costco etc), or if planning to email your invite or upload through social media. PDF files are best for printing at print shops (Staples, Kinkos etc). Print either from home, Adobe PDF reader (free download) is required to print PDF files. Some shops (such a Vista Print) require bleed (printing that goes beyond the print size, this area is meant to be cut off. Typically .25", but this is different for Vista Print). Our invitations DO NOT include bleed, if your shop requires bleed, please let us know & we will gladly adjust the size free of charge.

PLEASE DO NOT download files from your phone/ iPad, as resolution will be compromised and prints will look blurry.

Please note that colors will vary from screen to screen, screen to printer and printer to printer. Colors will even vary between different paper types and printer settings. We do our best to display our items as they will print, but can not guarantee it will come out exactly the same. Blues and purples tend to vary most from screen to printer. All our shop photos are printed from our home ink jet printer from the same files that you will receive. If you are looking for exact colors, we are happy to offer color samples for you to print at home before purchase.

A link to INSTANT DOWNLOAD items will be sent automatically by Etsy to your Etsy registered email address immediately upon payment clearing (typically minutes unless paying by e-check which can take up to 5 days to clear). If you do not receive the link you can access your digital file(s) under the "You" tab (upper right of page). Click on that and scroll down to "Purchases and reviews" click on that and and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files.

If payment is processing, Download Files button will be gray.

PLEASE NOTE, these files are sent by Etsy, therefore I DO NOT see any notes left in the notes to seller. If you would like any changes or personalizations on these please message BEFORE purchase.

Yes! We can change fonts and wording on all items. We can change colors on most items. Please contact us for changes before purchase and we will be happy to send you a proof with your custom changes. A fee may apply for major changes.

Yes! We can add personalization to holiday bag toppers and tags. There is a $1 fee for this service, so please purchase the following listing and let us know which tag or bag topper you would like.

Sure! We would be happy to add a photo to your invitation. Please be sure to send a high resolution (300dpi) photo, otherwise you image will look blurry when printed. We are not responsible for the print quality of low resolution photographs sent to us.

Please note, by sending us your photographs to be used on your invitations, thank you cards, etc, you certify that you hold the proper authorization from the photographer to do so. By sending us photographs to use, you agree that you, not Stacys Sweet Stuff will be held responsible for misuse of copyrighted images, and agree to not hold StacysSweeStuff liable for any misuse of copyrighted work.

Yes! We LOVE to create custom orders, and will work with you turn your vision into a party package! But please do not ask us to make an exact copy of the work of other designers. We also can not legally use any licensed characters in our designs (and many print shops will refuse to print items with licensed characters on them).
